Stephen H. Buzin, Esq.

Mr. Buzin has been a trial lawyer for over 40 years. In 1990, he founded his own law firm, Buzin Law Office in Chickasha, Oklahoma. He has litigated both civil and criminal cases in State and Federal courts throughout the State of Oklahoma. Over his distinguished career, Mr. Buzin has obtained millions of dollars in civil settlements and trial verdicts. He has also successfully represented countless defendants in felony and misdemeanor criminal matters, including many high profile cases. Further, since 1980, he has served as Municipal Court Judge for the Town of Alex, Oklahoma. Mr. Buzin is well-respected by Judges and counsel alike throughout the legal community.

Chase A. O’Brien

Mr. O’Brien began his legal career at Buzin Law Office. Upon graduation from law school and admission to the Oklahoma Bar Association, he joined Buzin Law Office as an associate. Mr. O’Brien practices in all areas of law, with DUIs, criminal defense, expungements, driver’s license issues, divorce, custody, and child support making up the majority of his practice. Since 2019, he has also served as Town Attorney for the Town of Verden, Oklahoma.
